What we did
For NBA All-Star Weekend 2025, Monum Fab partnered with Jordan Brand to design and build a custom retail activation engineered to turn a high-traffic sneaker floor into a gallery-caliber brand moment — anchored by a live customization experience that let fans walk away with a custom-printed Jordan poster of their own. With the entire basketball world converging on one weekend, the build needed to deliver museum-grade presentation, a true hands-on brand interaction, and premium hospitality inside a working retail environment. Our Los Angeles fabrication studio delivered exactly that.
THE CHALLENGE
All-Star Weekend activations operate under intense conditions — compressed install windows inside an open retail space, heavy continuous foot traffic, and a critical press and influencer audience shooting content all weekend long. The build needed to frame premium Jordan product and large-format athlete photography at gallery quality, host a live on-site poster printing and customization experience engineered to run non-stop through peak crowd hours, and hold up across multi-day use — all without disrupting the host retailer's normal operations during the most important weekend of the basketball calendar.

WHAT WE BUILT
We handled the full scope of fabrication in-house at our Los Angeles studio — from creative development and photo-realistic rendering through to custom millwork, precision-framed gallery wall installations, large-format graphic production, scenic finishing, and integrated product and customization systems. We fabricated a retail-integrated gallery environment anchored by museum-grade framed athlete photography, built a custom Jumpman-branded central counter engineered with embedded tablet and screen touchpoints, produced branded apparel and footwear display systems throughout the space, and designed a live customization area built to host on-site poster printing — giving every guest a take-home Jordan keepsake as part of the brand interaction. Every element was engineered for fast, clean install inside a live retail footprint, designed to photograph beautifully under retail lighting, and built to perform flawlessly across the full weekend run.
