CNC routing and laser cutting turn a digital file into exact physical parts. A job shop cuts parts. We cut parts for experiential builds, which means they have to arrive square, assemble fast under load-in pressure, and hold a finish that reads clean on camera.

Working bigger than a single sheet? We split, join, and hide the seam. Tell us the finished size, not the sheet size, and send the file. We will confirm exactly what runs on our beds before you commit to anything.

Send whatever you have. If it is not cut-ready, we will make it cut-ready rather than send you away.

Real-world scale
Draw it at the size it gets built. Scaled or unitless files are the most common reason a job stalls before it starts.

Closed paths
Cut lines need to be closed vectors. Open or doubled paths confuse the machine and cost you a day.

Material and thickness
Tell us the stock, or tell us what the part has to do and we will pick it with you.

Quantity and finish
How many, and how far do we take it? Cut only, or sanded, sealed, painted, and assembled.

Your date
Give us the load-in date, not the delivery date you think we want. We will tell you honestly if it works.

A sketch on a napkin, a photo, a render, or an AI-generated image is enough to start. Our design team draws it up and makes it buildable, so you are not stuck hunting for someone to produce drawings first.

What file formats do you accept? +

Vector files and 3D models both work. If all you have is a sketch or a PDF, send it anyway. Our design team can draw it up rather than sending you away to find someone who can.

What makes a file ready to cut? +

Closed paths, real-world scale, and clear material and thickness. If any of that is missing we fix it or tell you exactly what to change, before the machine runs, not after.

Can I order cutting on its own, without a full build? +

Yes. Plenty of clients send us files for parts only. We also take it further if you want, sanding, sealing, painting, or assembling before it ships.

What materials can you cut? +

Plywood, MDF, acrylic, foam, composite panel, and more. If you are unsure whether your material suits routing or lasering, tell us what the part has to do and we will recommend the right one.

How fast can you turn parts around? +

It depends on the queue, material, and finishing, so we give you a real date when we see the file. If you are up against a load-in, say so early and we will tell you honestly whether it is doable.

What is the difference between CNC routing and laser cutting? +

Routing removes material with a spinning bit, so it handles thicker stock and 3D contours. Lasering burns a narrow, very clean edge, which suits thin sheet and fine detail. Most builds use both, and we pick per part.
